Cons: "Gate agent was the worst in two years..never smiled, never thanked anyone and didnt call me by name or recognize my diamond status. Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!"

Cons: "I prefer to be made aware of delayed flights sooner than an hour before the flight. I would much rather wait in the comfort of home or a hotel over waiting in the airport."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating. Although the flight was several hours late the crew and staff were very professional and apologetic. The alerts were accurate and timely. Once we were in flight I was extremely please with the ride. Thanks to the captain and crew my granddaughter and I made it home safely."

Pros: "This was probably the best flight I've ever been on. The staff had a great sense of humor, as well as openly honored our military by bumping up an active member to first class."

Cons: "The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5'5") that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process."

Pros: "Love the new in-cabin wi-fi, USB charging station, and menu of in-flight entertainment and resources on the individual flatscreens."

Pros: "Meg, our stewardess came out to tell us there would not be any coffee on a 6 AM flight and that we had time to get coffee, if needed. She kept us informed of flight delays, helpful with my bags."

Cons: "There was nothing that could be done, but due to construction at the airport, waited on tarmac for an hour before we could get to a gate, then they had problems with the ramp and that had to be addressed. But pilot was very good about keeping us informed on delays and he was as frustrated as we were."

Cons: "Outgoing plane had tv screens, large, with good movie choices, but was an hour late. Returning, if you brought a phone, you can get an app. My phone is about four inches. No good movies. Seats even smaller on this "new plane." Deboarding chaos. Everyone unhappy. Hour late again."

Cons: "I did not like the fact that I have been with Delta for years and their response to me about booking my flight and using the payment method was they are working on it and there is nothing they can do. They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing."

Pros: "It was actually a flight from new Orleans to Detroit. Seats were assigned at the gate for myself and many others. It seemed like the gate agent didn't care where she assigned guests who were travelling together as several people were not able to sit with their travel companion. Once I was on the plane I however switched with someone to allow them to sit next to their companion and put me closers to mine. Everything else went smoothly."

Cons: "No entertainment available at all. There were empty seats available and passenger next to me in the aisle seat was not offered to move--she fell asleep with her legs crossed and kept kicking me in the middle seat--I was traveling with the window seat passenger."

Cons: "The flight was delayed when the pilot's tablet failed and he had to run to operations to get another. Seemed odd. While this was going on they decided to fuel the plane. Seemed like an excuse because they didn't have their act together on the fueling. Tablets are pretty reliable, do they really rely upon an ipad to get us where we are going?"

Pros: "Crew did the best they could under the circumstances. All of us had to wait for the plane due to weather. Once onboard everything went as well as it could."

The flight attendant yelled at me over the intercom to return to my seat when I tried to get up so I ended up bleeding through my tampon."

We opted to rent a car and Had to cancel our return flight home to be refunded. American Airlines cancelled multiple flights and were in total disarray. Still waiting to see if they will honor the refund"

Pros: "I took my girlfriend on her first airplane ride! The flight was bumpless from wheels to wheels. The Pilots did a fantastic job! Thank you so much for a remarkable first plane trip! THEN!!!! The have Buffalo Trace Bourbon! I mean.... what else do you need ?!"

Pros: "I arrived in Sydney the day I was supposed to. Everything else was a let down and was not what I paid for."

Cons: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of 'weather' from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I've never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Very bad form and they were not helpful in finding a solution. we finally rented a car and drove home over 8 hours- still trying to get the rental car cost reimbursed....and oh yeah they completed tore apart my METAL GUN CASE!!!!"

Cons: "The plane departed at least 15 minutes late but the departure time was never updated to indicate the flight was delayed...even when it was ten minutes past the beginning of boarding and the plane had not even arrived yet. Felt like an exercise to improve flight scorecard performance. The flight landed at least fifteen minutes early...but we didn't have a gate..and ended up departing the plane​approximately on time...but planeside checked baggage took almost thirty additional minutes to finally return to the plane full of waiting customers. Felt way too long....and the ground crew didn't seem to appreciate that most people had a connection..."

Cons: "I choosed this very very expensive flight because it was so import to be home in CPH at 9.00 for an important meeting. My flight from Chicago was delayed and nothing was done by the pilots to arrive on time. Despite the delay, I managed to arrive on time to my Connecting flight to CPH - only to realize that I was moved to a later flight. Now I have spent 2.300 USD on a poor flight that do NOT bring me to my destination on time. I am a frequent flyer, and will do everything I can Avoiding United going forward. Never United again"

Seats that barely recline and yet have to be brought upright during take-off and landing. Maybe common theme between airlines, but, it stands out. No food but forgivable on short flight."

Cons: "Made sure I packed light, but was forced to pay for my carry on on the first leg to Houston 8/30? The planes were small, but customers should know what to expect. Not be roped into checking a carry on when other flights have no issue. Was pretty annoyed my initial flight to Houston was cancelled, but ended up on a connecting flight there anyway? Makes no sense."

Cons: "Flight was 3 1/2 hours delayed. Missed my original connection. Missed the second connection because (as the attendants told us) they were unable to get ANY flight information to inform the passengers of where their connecting flight was. They were also pretty snotty and acted like it was our fault that we might miss a flight. I'm now sitting in Houston for the final flight of the day."

Pros: "There was a storm coming but they were able to get us out and landed before the storm hit so that we arrived on time. The flight attendants were also great."

Cons: "The pilot was a bit rude about overhead baggage. I was one of the passengers that had to check my bag before boarding which was fine, but it seemed like I walked onto a stressful plane situation where the pilot's tone sounded irritated with the passengers who put their smaller bags overhead instead of underneath. If it's that big of an issue, then I would suggest getting the flight attendants to suggest helping passengers to put smaller bags underneath and if they don't want to so be it. It just made me uncomfortable because the pilot had to come over the speaker and say something about it multiple times."

Cons: "Sat in front of exit row. People in front of me can recline into my personal space I cannot recline pack. Typical united flight arrived slightly late. Then took over an hour to clean and prep plane for our flight. Almost every flight from United is late now. I booked this one 2 hours earlier hoping I could arrive before 10:30. You failed me even when playing it safe."

Cons: "It was difficult to get the media player to work to use the entertainment options."

Pros: "The staff was always very helpful. I carry a saxophone and everyone was always very open to accommodating me, which I really appreciate! Also, great legroom, great pilots, positive attitude."

Cons: "The added fees for food and beverage were a little tough. I would understand if the flights were shorter, however we had several-hour delays in a time period from lunch through the middle of the night, and were not offered any sort of voucher or food item. Then my bag got lost (which I understand with the weather issues that caused delays), but it left me in a city with no clothes, very hungry, in an hour past public transportation hours. Which is not THEIR problem, but I would have definitely appreciated some assistance of some sort."

Pros: "The flight attendants were great and took the time to care for passengers. One guy was suffering from a migraine and the flight attendants did all they could to assist the gentleman with his issues."

Pros: "Smooth takeoff and landing. Luckily no turblance. Crew members were helpful and courteous, and added a little humor to their jobs. Good job!"

Cons: "They wouldn't let me reschedule and my mother had just past away. So I never took this flight. Super lame."

Cons: "Any comodity you have to pay for on top of already paying for a ticket. No food, no pillows, no blankets, no tv. Rude people at check in. Disappointed with united service."

Cons: "Flight attendants need some lessons in customer service. My job is also in customer service, so when something irks me, I feel like it is legitimate. Had a cup of ice water that I was sipping during the last half of the flight and ate one of my own granola bars. Was planning to give all my trash to her as soon as I was finished with everything, I didn't feel like this was unreasonable. Attendant stopped at our row with her usual "Trash? Trash?" I did not motion that I had trash, but I guess she thought I should be finished, because she made it a point to call me out and say "Excuse me, you don't have any trash?" I replied that yes, I have a granola bar wrapper but was planning to give all of that all together but she was welcome to take it now, and I handed it to her. She then said "And what about your cup?" I stated I wasn't finished with it, and motioned that it still had ice and water left inside. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me, and without response moved to the next row with her "Trash? Trash?" The next time she came back down the rows, she actually had the audacity to skip my side of the row - did not even look my way - and I had to get her attention and hand her my trash over the back of my chair. Again, no response, and more rolled eyes. Don't be a flight attendant if you don't want to deal with people and the possibility that people aren't going to act exactly the way you want them to act. Be respectful."

Pros: "United has real nice seats and the seat belts fit. Flight was great."

Cons: "I hate when airlines make seat belts too short, it seems like a no brainer to add length to a seat belt."

The flight was oversold, luckily I was able to get a seat (like I had booked and planned for) but my flight was horribly long. I was stuck next to someone that was drenched in perfume, it was so bad it hurt my sinuses. Since the flight was oversold there were no seats where I could move. Not like the attendants would have helped me anyways. I will not fly United again if I can help it."

Cons: "Due to power outage at the airport, my flight was cancelled. I called to talk with an agent, who were only able to check alternative routes one at a time and it was a total waste of time. I suggested that they call me back after they do some research. They promised to call back in 30 minutes but never did. After more than an hour I called again to talk with a second agent, who simply asked me to contact the third party through which I booked my ticket. The third party called them on my behalf and I was offered two options: 1) to get a full refund; 2) to get a replacement ticket for a flight that's FOUR DAYS after my original flight. What a joke!"

Cons: "I was not expecting to la d at the south terminal. I am glad I didn't have to connect to another flight as it took over 40 mins to get my luggage and take the shuttle to the main terminal. Otherwise the flight was fine"

Cons: "Delayed, broke down on runway, waiting for hours to take off. The bath rooms where dirty. Once we landed ,we had to wait a long time before we get off the plane."

Cons: "I was traveling with a friend and the morning of our flight to return home we got an email saying that they had to switch to a smaller aircraft and that not everyone would get a seat. When we arrived they said the people that checked in the earlier would get seats and the ones that were towards the last to check in did not have seats. They told us that they would give us a $500 voucher to could only be used with Frontier flights and that we can get on their next flight 6 DAYS LATER. Also the voucher has to be used only on one trip and can not be put towards luggage or anything else. They would not compensate us for stay or food for that week. Which meant that we would spend more money by staying. They had rude employees that's made it sound like it was our fault that we did not check in before everyone else. It should not matter when I check in when I have already bought a seat and shoes up on time. We were 2 out of 17 people that were not given seats. They then said that we should just rent a car and drive 13 hours home. I seriously would not recommend booking with this airline."

Pros: "I liked the fact that the baggage agent didn't bust my chops for my luggage being 2 pounds over for checked luggage. The lady that checked my bags was very nice about it."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that frontier entices you with low airfare and then screws you over with baggage fees and seat charges. By the time you pay all their fees, your ticket ends up costing the same or a little more than other carriers that already have these fees accounted for. I also didn't like the fact that this woman supervisor threw her gate agents under the bus and then when confronted about it she denied it in front of 50 people and denied any wrong doing. What a horrible human being let alone a supervisor of people. Not sure what her name was but she works at frontier airlines in New Orleans Airport. The third thing is that Frontier goes very cheap on their airplanes. We had a brand new plane but the seats were hard and they didn't recline. Tray tables were tiny and no WiFi. Who the hell doesn't do WiFi ? Cheap airlines that's who."

Cons: "For beginners, my fisrt flight on new years eve got delayed, and then it got canseled... in order to make it to new orleans i had to book a flight with American airline for a much greater price (frontier $50 AA $375) Frontier was only willing to cover another flight with them, which would not leave untill Tuesday (jan 2) and that meant i would miss out on my new years experience and also a lost of $250 on a non refundable reservations, after calling costumer service they were only willing to provide a 200 voucher to fly with Frontiers instead of refunding me the full amout on $375 for the AA ticket i had to buy... my other r flight from New Orleans got delayed 2 times and i got in the plane 4 hours later to a flight where they didnt even provide complimentary drinks like a soda or water, last but not least i am currently waiting for my flight back home and i received an email saying that it got cancelled but when i called costumer care and they said that the status is unconfirmed... but if so i will be loosing a day a work and prob have to book another flight that will probably cost me more money to which i am not certain that i will be compensated for"

Cons: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Tray table can barely fit 1 water bottle. The have taken the standard tray table and made it into something that is basically worthless. Forget trying to use a laptop or even a tablet to work. They charge for everything and now ask you to tip your flight attendant for handing you a water that costs $3.00. Will avoid Frontier at all costs in the future. Seats are thin, hard and so close together. No room between seats. Seats do not recline unless you are in emergency exit room. If you want to select your seat during check-in, they charge you extra. Even for a seat in the last row on the plane was an extra $5 just to select it. Seats closer to the front were an extra $25, but these are not better seats or offer more room, just the ability to get off the plane faster after landing. Carry on baggage cost extra and checked bags are $40. After paying for baggage, seats, a water on a round trip, the low cost turned out to be more expensive than another carrier with seats that are more comfortable and gave you more room between seats, entertainment and a free soft drink or water."

Whether I'm flying them myself, or picking up someone who's flying them, the last several Frontier flights I've experienced have been delayed, often repeatedly. And then there's the luggage fees . . . I booked this most recent ticket well in advance, and wasn't sure what my luggage needs would be. When I went online to add bags, I learned that adding them post booking, but pre-airport still incurred a significant cost increase - from $25 (at booking) to $38 (a week before check in). To carry one bag and check another, I had to pay nearly $80, which was more than the cost of my actual plane ticket! I'm sorry, Frontier, but I think our relationship is coming to an end . . ."

She was unwilling to provide any proactive assistance. In fact she offered us an alternative flight that was scheduled to depart AFTER our scheduled returning flight. Contrasting this with our experience speaking to a Southwest airline representative who was courteous and knowledgeable was unbelievable. I will never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "Service was great! from the curbside attendant who saved us a lot of hassle and time to the attendants, everyone was very helpful. Price was unbeatable. Unfortunately, to stay competitive in the industry, Frontier has become a "No Frills" airline. If you plan ahead with your luggage and snacks, they provide very affordable transportation."

Cons: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

Cons: "Seats are too close, seats are uncomfortable, their phone lines for customer service are horrible always pushing you to website or pay more charges, check in at New Orleans had only one agent with about 30 in line. STAY AWAY!!!!"

Not only do you pay an astronomical amount to fly your bags, there are no in flight refreshments and the service is heinous. Even when I had a THREE hour delay that then put me getting home at 1 in the morning, not a single apology was said by staff, no one was even in the gate to talk to those who had connecting flights. I will never fly frontier again even though it is the only airline that flies direct to Denver. I would rather sit 12 hours on a Southwest flight than ever have to talk to Frontier employee again."

Cons: "There was a lady sitting next to me with a small dog that was not in a kennel and it tried to bite not only one of the flight attendants, but me as well. The man who almost got bit told the woman that dogs should be in kennels during flights and she said "oh I don't know he's never done this before." Well awesome for you but I've never been bit by a dog on an airplane before either. The guy let it slide and moved on. The tray tables are a joke. They ONLY offer complimentary WATER. No leg room. Would not recommend."

Cons: "Frontier cancelled return flight without telling me and refusing to do anything other than refund 75$ or give me a flight 4 days later. Frontier refused to help with hotel or other accommodations and I had to rebook flight with delta for 350$ so I could get back home. Also, the employees from Frontier were extremely rude and refused to even look at me or even answer my questions. They said flight was cancelled due to weather reasons, but American Airlines was able to get planes running on only an hour delay. And, again, I never even had the common courtesy of a call or email, or text that my flight was cancelled! I had to find out when I got to the airport,"

Waited in line for two hours with four other flights with no information other than word of mouth "if we don't wait in line can't guarantee refund." Found out there are no other flights to Nola until Tuesday. Got refund by phone booked new flight for Monday morning on Southwest. Total time at airport today: 9 hours. Saddest part: people are trying to get home for Christmas. Moral of the story: don't be like Frontier airlines. Be prepared."

Cons: "Received email at 3:30pm that 8:15pm flight from New Orleans to Philadelphia was cancelled. Was on the way to the airport already, so didn't see the email until the lady at the desk told me it was cancelled. When I asked why, she said it was "due to weather" because it was snowy up in Philadelphia. Since they were claiming the cancellation was due to weather, they would not help arrange or pay for an alternate flight on another airline, nor cover a hotel during the time stuck there. They told us that the next flight we could take was Friday (it was Monday), which was also the day before Christmas eve. It was not snowy in Philadelphia. The plane we were supposed to be taking was arriving from Philadelphia on time. After 2hrs of being on hold and arguing with Frontier customer services, they finally admitted to my travel partner that the reason for the cancellation was actually because it would put the flight crew that they had over the legal limit of fly time without breaking/sleeping. So they lied to me completely about the reason to begin with, offered no help whatsoever to resolve the problem in a reasonable manner, and eventually admitted the real cause of the cancellation but still refused to pay for another flight. Luckily, one of my other travel companions was headed to Philadelphia via American Airlines at the same time, and had miles they were willing to let us use. Otherwise, it would have cost $2000 for the two of us to get home - or whatever it would cost to stay in a hotel for 4 nights while missing work. Never choosing them again."

Cons: "Extremely cramped seats. Being nickel and dimed to death: Paying for reserving crappy seats, paying for a carry on."

Cons: "When I needed assistance it took the attendant at least 15 minutes to recognize my call. Another passenger had to assist. The attendant wasnt serving at the time just chatting with other passengers. i was surprised by the added fees and the seating was tight. the staff at the New Orleans terminal was borderline rude when checking bags. My friends bag was about an inch longer than the required size because of the handle and was forced to pay as a carry on. The staff in Philadelphia was more pleasant and helpful when explaining the added cost."

Cons: "An air hostess on the flight to New Orleans would make jokes with the guys across the aisle rather than bring me a glass of water. Another air hostess booed me on my way out when being told that."

Cons: "My suitcase was 1 month old and in perfect condition when I arrived for my flight. When I picked it up two hours later, the main zipper had been mangled past the point of repair in such a way that once it was opened, it was impossible to zip it again. When I brought it to the attention of Frontier staff, they said that they don't offer any compensation for "just zippers." As if a suitcase is usable without a functioning zipper. They handed me a xeroxed slip with a phone number if I had a complaint - turns out it was the wrong number, and after waiting over a half hour without a person answering the phone it was crystal clear that Frontier doesn't care about repeat business."

Cons: "Flight delayed for three hours, no flight attendant to talk to, long wait on the phone before anyone would pick up and when I did get through to a human she could do nothing to help and kept repeating herself because she had nothing real to say. Plus they hit you with hidden charges left and right. The seats don't recline and the flight attendants are not available to help because they're so busy. Never again!"

Cons: "Every plane I was on, from Memphis to Denver, Denver to San Diego and the return flight back home, every single plane was delayed. I lost so much time being stuck in an airport that could have been spent with my grieving family even if I didn't have a grieving family, this was unacceptable. There was one instance where the plane was delayed (of course) and they changed gates at the last min without making an announcement or letting anyone that was waiting at the gate know! The Captain and Flight attendants just started moving to another location! Not only will I never fly with Frontier again, I will actively tell everyone I know that flies to never fly with Frontier not just once, but every time I hear the word airplane. In the positive section I mentioned that the flight attendants were good with letting us know what is going on, well the Captain is the one that is supposed to be the one letting us know what is going on, not the flight attendants. Whatever Frontier has got going on, seems like it is overwhelming. I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. And we had to hover over Denver for an extra hour waiting to land. So I was several hours late for my scheduled arrival. Also, the new carry on bag sizes & fees were rather ridiculous. Other than that the flight was fine."

Cons: "I didn't like the baggage prices. Especially, when Delta doesn't charge you for baggage and the prices are off by $20, but after you check a bag you spent more money at Frontier. I didn't like the fact we sat and waited for over a hour for a few passengers. I've never heard of any airline doing that and I was late for my best friends wedding that I was the best man in. Yeah the bride was mad at me all night because I wasn't there when they walked down the aisle. Thank you Frontier."

Pros: "I liked the one crew member who greeted me as I steeped on the plane. She was very warm. She was African American and blond hair. Very sweet."

Cons: "The rest of the crew seemed bitter and grumpy. From the person announcing that it was time to board, to the person taking drink orders. Especially the person taking drink orders. She was pissy when I asked for gin, because she had to go look for it. She was agrivated when I asked if I had to buy the mixer separate, as it was my very first time on frontier. They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. This is the poorest service I have received from any airline. Will never fly with Frontier again and am telling all my friends how horrible the flights are. Not worth using!!!!!"
