Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! Their website crashed several times during their sale and they would not honor the promo code even after me reaching out multiple times. I have been a long time customer and now they have lost me as a customer for good because of their poor customer service skills. Their clothes are hit or miss, some of them are very cute while some of them look nothing like the pictures. Make sure to keep the tags on because they won't return it without one. I don't recommend this company, they don't value their customers.

Spent 40 bucks on tax fees on a $70…

Spent 40 bucks on tax fees on a $70 dress (+30 for delivery). The dress isn't my size so I'll have to send the dress back at my expense... meaning I'll have no dress and spend close to 100 euros for nothing.

Quality isn't great either.

Terrible shipping/returns

Ordered a dress that ended up being too small when I tried it on. Dress was $64 on the website - Was charged $94 on my credit card and another $30 in import fees. Now to return it, I need to pay return shipping and am only being refunded $55 from Lulus. In total, paid $140 for a $64 dress and am not even being refunded half of the total I have spent. Ridiculous.

I bought a beautiful strapless dress…

I bought a beautiful strapless dress from lulus. I was worried that it might not stay up and that I would be pulling it up all the time but there is a type of elastic sown into the top of the dress to keep it up. Besides height, the model was more or less the same size as me and the dress fits exactly how it does on the model, besides the fact that it is about an inch too long however I was expecting that. With a higher pair of heels the dress is the perfect fit in every way. I bought my dress from Ireland and import fees were €38 which is a bit steep but considering the dress was only $89 and shipping was $21 I was very happy, most debs dresses here cost between €300 - €500. I would 100% recommend this brand!


terrible business

Lulus no longer provides a slip of your order in the packaging. Was unable to locate my order number and had trouble getting through to their chat because it kept getting "disconnected". Finally got my order number to begin my return. Went to look at my return status as it's been over two months and they are saying it is not eligible for refund. $400 worth of clothes that I did not like and will lose out on money. Clothes are overpriced and business is a scam.

I am Lulus customer since 2018 at…

I am Lulus customer since 2018 at least- for sure way before they had their rewards program available. Lately, I made 3 separate orders with many different varieties of clothes and I always loved Lulus never ever had problem with them until last incident. They sent me 3 packages and I was happy thinking oh those are my 3 orders! 2 orders I received were mine , another order was not MINE!! I was at first thinking maybe it's a package for a neighbor and checked the label and all 3 packages had my information so there were my packages. I feel bad for a person who won't receive their clothes on time or thinking they are lost. Of course I called Lulus and told them about the situation. I was assured my 3rd order is on the way and it will arrive some time in July. The agent asked me if I can return it if she will send me the label. I mean I don't have a problem with it but it's my time my gas and potentially another cost for a bag or a box at my cost because I ripped off the foil you sent me a package in?! I dropped it at UPS yesterday and was able to stick this ripped bag with some tape and lady at UPS accepted that but it's really crazy I was thinking the company only cares for items to be returned and not for my experience as coming back and loyal customer. Again I understand mistakes happen but Seriously more empathy would be great!…

Affordable and amazing

I ordered the Duchess Ivory Lace Bell Sleeves maxigown. The dress was exacly like in the photos, so thoroughly made, I was so surprised at this affordable price! It also came with a dress bag for the closet. The shipping to Norway was surprisingly super quick. The dress is absolulely gorgeous!! Can warmly recommend this store 🤩


Understanding company

I bought a beautiful dress it was great quality and super cute. However I got very sick and was unable to wear it. I ended up hospitalized and didn't make the return in time. Chris L. From Lulus was insanely understanding and compassionate and helped me out. Amazing company will definitely continue buying from them.


very disappointed in the quality

Very disappointed in the dress. Extremely see thru and I paid so much for it including duties. I have my babyshower this weekend and the dress appears more yellow and like I mentioned, extremely see thru. One of the sleeves keeps falling down and won't stay in place. Very disappointed and stressed since I have to find an outfit last minute. Never really had the best luck with lulus but upon watching some Instagram videos and tik tok videos of this dress, I thought my experience would be different. Unfortunately I made the mistake of repurchasing from lulus and now I'm 33 weeks pregnant with nothing to wear at the moment.

Let The Buyer Beware

The sizing ALL ACROSS THIS WEBSITE and this includes this dress is quite undersized. I belong to Stitch Fix and everything I get from them is a MEDIUM or in a size (9-10) pant. ALL of it fits ALL the time. There are two issues I have with LULU's that I hope they can find a way to fix: one is that the length they advertise is absolutely not true. When they say length "from shoulder to hem" what they really mean is from UNDER THE ARMPIT to hem. Every single item I ordered was WAY WAY TOO LONG. Also you should note that their MEDIUMS are sized 6 - 8. Personally I think that's odd -- Mediums are generally 9-10. Most of this stuff was way too tight in the bust and certainly made for much smaller people. TOO BAD BECUASE ITS NICE QUALITY FOR THE $$.

Wrong Dress Sent (most likely on purpose)

Decided to try out Lulus for a wedding dress after stumbling upon a cute one. Big mistake. Was told there was only 1 more left in my size when adding it to my cart so I of course jumped on it. When the dressed arrived it was a completely different dress, of course with the correct label printed on the bag. Did they hope I wouldn't notice that instead of a plain burgundy dress I was sent one that looks like a Hawaiian couch??

Now the dress I want has a 'wait list' so I can't wait to hear about how I can join that and return the Hawaiian couch dress. Thanks Lulus!

International customers - BEWARE!

I ordered a dress from Lulus, and was quite excited to receive the order - however I had to pay over 40EUR for import tax to the courier (which was not clearly mentioned at checkout), while the dress price was about EUR 60! Once contacted the customer service, I was told I can return the item but I have to claim the import tax somewhere at the government but they are not responsible for this. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY. It makes this cheap clothing brand absolutely overpriced. It is almost a scam and I would NOT order from Lulus again. Sorry.

This a scam?…

my order took forever to be dispatched it's apparently been sent out about a month ago and still not received. Tried to email to chase it up and I just get ignored. Seems to me like it's a scam! Do not recommend and won't be ordering from here again!

I love Lulus

I recently bought three dresses off of Lulus to try, and when they arrived I got to try them on and send back the ones that I didn't love or that didn't fit. Their return policy is great - full refund including shipping if shipped back within ten days! And returning it was super easy. So it is a great shop to take a chance with online clothes and shoes for! I will definitely be shopping at Lulus a lot in the future.


Great customer service

I received the wrong sized item and they were very helpful in sending me the correct item in less than a week. It was really easy to get someone on the phone to help me.

The quality is good (not the nest, but still pretty good).

Keep in mind that you have to pay import duty/customs fees for the item if you live outside the US, for 3 pieces it cost me $50 Canadian.


Lulus advertising they are a US

Lulus advertises that they are a U.S. Company, but their clothing is made in China, and the quality shows.

I'm so disappointed this time around…

I'm so disappointed this time around and I've shopped at lulus several times before. I got a white blazer and matching shorts for a Bachelorette party this weekend , lulus wrongly sent two blazers and no shorts after calling I was grateful they shipped the shorts right away but when it arrived, the zipper of the shorts doesn't work.such poor quality. And I waited for so long to buy this item and was on a waitlist, checked back everyday for a month if it was on stock.
